Here on the company’s website, all interested parties can review the GDPR policy applicable from May 25, 2018, and replace the former PUL. It shows what personal data the company collects, what the purpose is and how long the information is stored. TWA has only web-based data records and has contracts and agreements with the companies that provide the files that they are fully complying with the GDPR law.
TWA’s official registry is over people hired and booked as artists and, in some cases, their assistants. This to ensure that it is the right people scheduled for the event and to be able to pay the taxes, correct fee, salaries, and other benefits, as well as being able to keep logistics regarding event times, travel, food, and overnight stays. The data is usually saved for recurring artists. Besides, there are also employees, customers, and suppliers in TWA’s data register.
TWA has no registry of mail conversations and deletes the mail when they are no longer relevant.
Tasks that TWA handles in secured web-based data records and which data are stored are:
- Artists name incl. Possibly artist name, contacts, address, email address, phone number, social security number/organization number, bank details, gage, taxes, perform date, travel, overnight stays, press photos.
- Customer name, contacts, company name, address, email address, phone number, social security number/organization number, payment terms, delivery terms, customer account.
- Suppliers name, contacts, company name, address, email address, phone number, social security number/organization number, payment terms, bank details, delivery terms, statement of debt accounts.
- Employee’s name, address, email address, telephone number, social security number, bank details, salary, taxes, employment terms.
The information that TWA has in its records is relevant and necessary for the implementation of the cooperation and are collected through written contracts and agreements. These are written about consent for data entry and that the person concerned may request that the data can be changed or deleted. It is also stated in the agreements what information is registered. The records save previously, ongoing and settled upcoming collaborations. Information in the registry is confidential and is disclosed only to those they concern.
If someone wants to change or delete data at his or her request, TWA records are available in a way that efficiently searches all TWA’s indexed registry to find the information. If the business relationship terminates permanently, only data under Swedish law for accounting (1999:1078) is retained and stored in the manner and time required by this Act.
TWA demands that all their partners also comply with the GDPR law.
